TEXO is THE Construction Association representing commercial contractors in North and East Texas and works to build a unified construction community by promoting loyalty and leadership.
    TEXO is the largest commercial contractors association in Texas and one of the largest affiliated with the national Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) and The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). With over 1,900 members, the association was created from the consolidation of the North/East Chapter of the Associated General Contractors (QUOIN) and the Associated Builders and Contractors North Texas (ABCNT) in October 2008.
    TEXO provides its members with innovative programs, quality services and strategic alliances while protecting a merit shop working environment. The association maintains a strategic focus on five primary service areas: governmental representation; safety; health and environmental issues; skill-craft workforce development; professional training and education; and community and networking events.
