The Construction Department Grant is to provide universities with funds to further their construction education efforts. The QUOIN Foundation proposes that the funds be used for projects, learning materials, educational outings or equipment.

In 2006, the QUOIN Foundation awarded $30,000 to the following universities:
Texas A & M University
Texas Tech University
University of North Texas
University of Oklahoma
Oklahoma State University
