DECISION MAKING
FOR THE FUTURE YCC
- It
was decided that all decisions of the YCC would be made
through a consensus building process. The YCC desires
to make every effort to reach consensus within the group. In the event no consensus can be reached,
the majority will rule.
A 2/3 vote of the attending members will be effective
in solidifying an important decision.
However, no decisions would be made without adequately
notifying all members of the YCC in advance so there would
be ample discussion, preparation time and the opportunity
to attend the session designated for consensus building
and a vote, if necessary.
