Participating in STEP provides you with the opportunity to measure your safety program’s progress from year-to-year and determine how it compares to the programs of other ABC members. At its core, STEP remains a way for members to build upon their long-term safety performance and training efforts. Whether you are beginning a safety program or are looking to make the jump to a world-class program, STEP provides you with a valuable road map to success. There are different levels of participation and all TEXO members are encouraged to participate. Before completing the application, please read the attached 2009 STEP Instruction Book carefully.
