Texas Administrative Code § 110.101) - Covered and non-covered
employers shall post notices in the workplace to inform employees
about workers’ compensation issues as required by this rule.
The notice shall be posted in the personnel office, if the employer
has a personnel office, and in the workplace where employees are
likely to read the notice on a regular basis. The notices shall
be printed with a title in at least 30-point bold type, subject
in at least 20-point bold type, and text in at least 19-point normal
type.
FINES: Failure to post or to provide notice as required in
this rule is a violation of the Act and Commission rules and the
violator may be subject to administrative penalties.

Work-Related Exposure to Communicable Disease (OPTIONAL)

Texas Administrative Code § 110.108) – Each employer
covered by worker’s compensation insurance, including state
and political subdivision employers, which employ emergency medical
service employees, paramedics, firefighters, law enforcement officers
or correctional officers must post the notice contained in subsection
(d) of this section, in its workplace to inform employees about
Health and Safety Code requirements which may affect qualifying
for worker’s compensation benefits following a work-related
exposure to a reportable communicable disease. The notice shall
be posted in the personnel office, if the employer has a personnel
office, and in the workplace where employees are likely to read
the notice on a regular basis. The following notice shall be printed
with a title in at least 15-point bold type, and text in at least
14-point normal type.

(Texas Labor
Code § 61.012c) - An
employer shall post, in conspicuous places in the workplace,
notices indicating the paydays.

Child Labor Law
(Texas Labor Code,
Title 2 § 51) – The
Texas Workforce Commission highly recommends that employers of
minor children post the child labor notice in a prominent location
where employees are likely to read the notice and be advised
of their rights.

Fair Employment
(Texas Labor Code,
Title 2 § 8) – The
Civil Rights Division of the Texas Workforce Commission encourages
employers to post the fair employment notice. Such notice shall
be conspicuously posted upon the employer’s premises in each
work establishment.
