— Raleigh has been with the association 34 years and provides
the overall leadership and accountability for the effective use of
the Chapter's resources in delivering exceptional value and services
to members. Raleigh is married with two children and five grand-children;
he serves on various committees in his church and within the community. |

:: Dorothy Shaw
:: Executive Vice President of Member Services —
Dorothy provides leadership and management oversight of staff to
deliver exceptional value to members by providing services in safety,
education, training and people development, information and referral,
and by handling all special events, marketing communications, database
management, and measurement for the Chapter. Dorothy is married
with one daughter and has been with the association 20 years she
enjoys reading and gardening in her spare time. |

Baxley
:: Executive Vice President of Operations — Jack provides
leadership and management oversight of staff to deliver exceptional
value to members by providing services in governmental and public
affairs overseeing the Chapter's operations and infrastructure development,
membership recruitment and retention efforts, and services delivered
in East Texas. Jack has been with the association 6 years he is married
with one daughter. Jack is very active in his community and enjoys
spending time with his family. |

Steger
:: East Texas Director — John has been with the association
since 2001. His responsibility is to provide day-to-day operational
management of the Chapter's office in East Texas; serving as the point
person for members to insure their full access to and use of all Chapter
services while strengthening member relationships and their loyalty
to QUOIN. John is married with a son and daughter; both who are also married. |

Pieschel
:: Director of Safety, Health and Environmental Services
— Christian supports the implementation of the day-to-day safety
and environmental services using a broader knowledge and experience
base to provide members with the leadership, information and tools
required to advance the well being, safety and health of all workers,
with a special emphasis on environmental services. Christian joined
the Chapter earlier this year he has one son and is assistant coach
on his sons soccer team. |

Saddler, CSP
::
Director of Safety, Health and Environmental Services — Dan comes to QUOIN with a Degree in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University. Dan is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and is an OSHA outreach trainer. Dan comes to us from a General Contractor background in Loss Prevention and Safety. He supports the Chapter by helping contractors with safety and health by evaluating and implementing training and culture change. Dan enjoys spending time with his family and a little golf or fishing if time allows. |

:: Raymond
Critchfield
:: Director of Safety, Health and Environmental Services
— Raymond is the newest member of the Safety Health and Environmental
Services team. Raymond has been in the Safety profession for nine years, where he has assisted in
developing corporate and site policies, private consulting and instructor
for the OSHA 10 and 30 Hour courses.
Raymond is married and has 3
daughters. In his spare
time, he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his
6 year olds softball team, and doing off-road competing when
not playing golf. |

Prejean-Rardin
:: Database and Facilities Manager — Shari joined the
Chapter in October 1991, she contributes to the overall effectiveness
and efficiency of the Chapter’s operations, communications and
measurement efforts by overseeing and maintaining the quality and
integrity of multiple databases as well as the proper functioning
and use of all QUOIN facilities. Shari is married with two children.
In her spare time Shari enjoys spending time with her family and cross-stitching. |

Hamilton
:: Executive Services Coordinator — Lois has been employed
with the Chapter for 8 years; her duties include contributions to
the effectiveness and efficiency of the Chapter’s CEO and EVP
of Member Services by providing them with administrative support in
carrying out their respective duties for the Board of Directors, members,
community leaders, and other staff. Lois has three children and volunteers
her time to her daughter's band and youth sporting events. |

:: Pat
Meadors
:: Membership Administrator and Executive Assistant —
Pat contributes to the effective and efficient handling of all membership
related duties in a support role to the EVP of Operations who oversees
membership recruitment and retention for QUOIN. Pat also provides
administrative support to the EVP of Operations in carrying out his
other responsibilities. Pat is married with one son and enjoys spending
time with friends and family. |

Patty Brooks
:: Accountant — Patty contributes to the effective
and efficient operation and management of the Chapter’s finances
and flow of funds by using standard accounting practices to record
and process all incoming and outgoing transactions, and to prepare
reports needed for accountability, fiscal soundness, planning, and
decision-making. Patty has three children and one grandson. She
is very active in her church where she sings in the choir and teaches
Sunday school. |
